Job summary

VivaVibe Productions is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to promote and sell services for its hotel in Horsens, Denmark. Based in Horsens, you will develop sales strategies, identify new clients, and negotiate profitable contracts while building lasting partnerships.

You should have a minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in hospitality, with strong communication and English proficiency. Accommodation is provided, and growth within an international hotel chain is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase hotel services and facilities.
• Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring profitable rates for the hotel.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents and partners.
• Monitor market trends and advise on pricing or promotional offers.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and reservations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Update sales reports, forecasts, and budgets regularly.
