Körber Supply Chain DK is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Specialist to uphold high H&S standards across our organization, with primary focus on production and customer sites. You will identify and minimize risks, prevent accidents, and drive a proactive safety culture.

With 3–5 years in H&S, a background in ISO 45001 and knowledge of ISO 14001, you will lead training, prepare RAMS, participate in startup/tender phases, and support investigations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety.
• Certification as an ISO 45001 Auditor is preferred.
• Good understanding of ISO 14001 requirements and environmental regulations.
• Fluent Danish and English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Specialist to play a key role in ensuring high standards of health and safety across our organization.

Drive Health & Safety where it matters most

In this newly established position, you will work closely with the business and be actively involved where it matters most—primarily in our production environment, but also at customer sites. Your core mission will be to identify and minimize risks, prevent accidents, and drive strong H&S standards across complex project setups.

Your main tasks are:

• Train and support employees in safe working practices across both production and customer sites, while helping to build and strengthen a proactive Health & Safety culture throughout the organization.
• Prepare Health & Safety plans for projects where required by customers.
• Prepare RAMS for tools and work situations onsite.
• In connection with new projects, be involved from the early startup and preparation phase, including the tender phase, where you will contribute by identifying and clarifying specific Health, Safety, and environmental requirements applicable in the country where the project is to be established
• Provide professional support on Health & Safety matters within production, as required.
• Prepare, maintain, and implement Health & Safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture.
• Support incident investigations, including conducting root cause analyses and defining corrective and preventive actions.

The role includes the authority to stop unsafe work or environmentally harmful activities, enforce compliance with applicable H&S and environmental rules, and elevate deviations and nonconformities to management when necessary. The role includes travel activities app. 30 travel days per year.

Experienced H&S professional with a hands-on and trusted approach

We expect you to have 3–5 years of experience within Health & Safety. A technical background is beneficial, and certification as an ISO 45001 Auditor is preferred.

• You should have a good understanding of ISO 14001 requirements and general environmental regulations.
• On a personal level, you thrive in a role with many interfaces and a visible presence in the organization.
• You are empathetic, easy to talk to, and able to build trust with employees at all levels.
• You remain focused in busy situations and are capable of finding pragmatic solutions without ever compromising on health and safety.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate and build constructive relationships across the organization in both Danish and English.
