VELUX seeks a Head of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to blend people leadership with responsibility for our business-critical PLM landscape. You will build and lead a team of PLM Specialists and drive the roadmap, architecture governance and continuous improvement of PLM platforms such as Windchill, Creo, AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.

• Extensive PLM experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Proven ability to manage and develop technical specialists.
• Strong collaboration with architects and external partners on licenses and upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the PLM roadmap and architecture governance for the PLM landscape.
• Lead and develop a team of PLM Specialists, including workload planning and succession planning.
• Coordinate PLM releases, upgrades and integrations with SAP/ERP and CAD tools.
