Copenhagen (HQ), Denmark
Would you like to take practical ownership of Saxo’s global Workday solution and lead a small team that keeps our core HR platform running while continuing to improve it?
Our HRIS team combines day-to-day operations with development and project delivery. As Head of HRIS, you will work closely with the team and remain directly involved in priorities, problem-solving and delivery. You will act as the main link between People & Culture, Technology, control functions and external partners within the HR systems space.
You will join Group People & Culture's Reward, People Data & Systems team, reporting to the Head of Reward and working closely with stakeholders across the global organisation covering 12 countries.
During your first months, you will work alongside the current role holder, effectively acting as deputy while building knowledge of the platform, processes and stakeholders. You will then take full ownership when she retires in the spring of 2027.
You enjoy being close to the work and are comfortable moving between team leadership, stakeholder discussions and practical delivery. You communicate clearly, create structure in a busy environment and can turn business needs into workable solutions.
You do not need to have spent decades in HR technology: you may already lead a small team, or you may be a senior specialist ready to take your first formal leadership role. What matters is sound judgement, curiosity and the confidence to build relationships, set priorities and follow issues through to completion.
When you work at Saxo, you become a Saxonian and part of a purpose-driven organisation, where good ideas are always taken seriously, and where you can make a true impact. We are invested in your development, and you can expect a robust career from day one when you join Saxo – no matter which role you take on.
You will join 2,500 other ambitious colleagues across 11 countries and become part of an international organisation. We encourage an open feedback culture and supportive team environments enabling employees to grow and fulfil their career aspirations.
When you bring passion, curiosity, drive and team spirit, your learning journey will be dynamic and your career opportunities in Saxo will be immense.
