Gentoo Media Inc. is seeking a Head of Display to lead strategy, planning, and execution of display marketing across programmatic channels. You will own budgets, set KPIs, and drive ROI through data‑driven decisions.

You will supervise a Display Marketing team, collaborate with BI, IT, and Product, and ensure regulatory compliance while scaling campaigns and optimizing creative testing for performance growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in Performance Marketing/Media Buying.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience in regulated verticals (iGaming/FinTech).
• Budget management of multi-million dollars annually.
• Proven programmatic scaling on DSPs with creative testing.
• Strong understanding of tracking, BI tools, and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Define the Display Marketing strategy, platforms, and traffic sources.
• Own the budget and KPIs to maximize ROI across campaigns.
• Lead daily programmatic operations and optimize bidding and targeting.
• Collaborate with BI to analyze funnels and use dashboards for decisions.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and third-party tools integration.
• Develop processes for QA, testing, and operational consistency.
• Manage talent lifecycle and mentor the Display Marketing team.
• Negotiate with vendors and align initiatives with Design/IT/Product.
• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations and report performance to leadership.
