Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Hardware Team Leader in Aarhus. You will lead a team of up to four Hardware Engineers and Specialists, directing electrical design of processing equipment, including cabinets, motor control, instrumentation, power distribution, and machine interfaces.

You will act as the technical authority, driving standards, design quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the portfolio, while providing mentorship and coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with industrial electrical design and machine automation.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design and documentation in EPLAN.
• Electrical architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
• Functional safety, machine safety, and EMC-compliant design.
• UL508A, CE, EMC, and Machinery Regulation compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team.
• Coordinate with software, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Support resource planning and competence development; governance of external panel-building suppliers.
