What You’ll Be Doing

• Progress toward ownership of designs of interconnect products, including PCB design, bring‑up, system‑level testing and qualification.
• Drive and manage projects with multiple stakeholders across hardware, firmware, and system teams.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure robust, scalable, and high‑quality design solutions.
• Perform testing, characterization, and validation of modules, components, and system‑level solutions.

What We Need to See

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in electronic circuit design or datacom/telecom systems testing.
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to own and drive transceiver development projects end‑to‑end.
• Highly proactive mindset, demonstrating ownership by identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and influencing outcomes across teams without being directed.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with at least one programming language.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

• Background in packaging technologies.
• Basic knowledge of optoelectronic components.
• Experience with high data rate system characterization and familiarity with RF testing.
• Proven capability in optical system testing and validation.
