Job summary

PrestigeArch Luxembourg is seeking a Handyman to maintain and repair facilities, structures and equipment in Aarhus. You will perform routine tasks, troubleshoot issues and complete repairs promptly while keeping accurate records.

This full‑time role requires 2+ years in a similar role, ability to read manuals/blueprints, own tools, and a valid work permit for Aarhus or willingness to obtain. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Handyman you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities structures and equipment. Your main duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues and completing repairs in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of work performed and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing carpentry and general maintenance techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina and dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Must have your own tools
• Valid work permit for Aarhus or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains and changing air filters
• Perform repairs on equipment such as HVAC systems plumbing fixtures and electrical appliances
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment or facilities and determine the best course of action for repairs
• Keep accurate records of all work performed including materials used and time spent on each task
• Follow all safety protocols when working on projects or handling hazardous materials
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on repair progress
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Salary $1200 per month negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
