Qualia ApS is seeking an Operations Associate in Copenhagen, a highly hands-on role where responsibilities vary day to day. You’ll handle a mix of operational tasks, from invoices and onboarding to working with the hardware team on robotic activities, all in a practical, in-person setting.

No specific technical background is required, but an interest in robotics helps. The role emphasizes staying organized and reliable for ongoing daily operations at our robotics research office.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist with data collection through teleoperation of our robots and organize receipts and invoices for finance.
• Keep the office stocked, functional, and pleasant to work in.
• Own recurring tasks such as deliveries, facilities contacts, keys and access; document routines to ease handovers.
• Onboard new hires with basic company setup and be the go-to person for day-to-day requests across the company.
