Job summary

NexaVision in Esbjerg is seeking a reliable Concierge Assistant to deliver outstanding guest service and support hotel operations. The role involves greeting guests, providing facility information, arranging transportation, and handling guest requests with care.

The position is contract-based with a salary of 1200$, and visa sponsorship is included. Local candidates are preferred as accommodation is not provided, and candidates must be able to start immediately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Esbjerg without visa sponsorship or accommodation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions
• Arrange transportation reservations and other guest requests
• Ensure all guest needs and complaints are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Maintain the lobby area clean and tidy at all times
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle cash transactions accurately
