UrbanForm Developments in Copenhagen is seeking a friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team. You will help guests with check-in/out, provide information on facilities and local attractions, and ensure a welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to multitask effectively.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about the hotels facilities services and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
• Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared for arrivals
• Keep track of guest requests and follow up on them in a timely manner
