In collaboration with Actief Hartmanns, Axlab is looking for a Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator who wants to play a key role in shaping and strengthening our visual identity.
This is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be responsible for developing visual content across digital, print, and event channels while helping bring the Axlab brand to life through trade shows, conferences, and other customer-facing activities. Essential to this role are a proven track record and interest in design execution.
You will join a dynamic Marcom team that is responsible for building Axlab into the most recognized brand for bringing innovation and automation to pathology laboratories.
The role is primarily focused on graphic design, which will account for approximately 70% of your time. The remaining 30% will involve coordinating and supporting events in close collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
The Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator is responsible for leading creative direction, executing graphic design, and ensuring the quality of all visual assets across digital, print, and event media. The role will bring Axlab’s graphic design capability fully in-house for the first time, owning the brand’s visual identity, building scalable asset libraries, and co-creating with external agencies where needed. Alongside design, this person works closely with the Events & Digital Platforms Manager on delivering standout experiences at trade shows, conferences, and hosted events. This role will also spend up to 30% of the time on event coordination, so there must be an interest in working on event execution.

The primary working language for this role is English, but Danish is a plus. The candidate should expect to travel up to 30% during certain periods.
