Job summary

Axlab A/S in Denmark is seeking a Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator to shape and strengthen our visual identity across digital, print, and live events. You’ll build scalable assets and bring Axlab’s brand to life at trade shows, conferences and hosted gatherings.

The role is about 70% design and 30% event coordination, needing strong typography, color and composition, plus hands-on event work. Travel up to 30% and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or another relevant design field.
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience (healthcare/regulated industry or marketing agency preferred).
• Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with AI design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and execution across digital, print, and event media.
• Develop visual content and maintain Axlab’s brand identity in-house.
• Collaborate with events and digital platforms manager on trade shows and hosted events.
• Manage asset libraries and ensure consistency across campaigns and country differences.
• Support event execution including planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
