Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is seeking motivated graduates to join our Operations teams from August/September 2027 or the start of 2028, tackling a wide range of operational challenges from transformation to digital enablement.

You’ll work across business transformation, process design, supply chain strategy, and AI-enabled improvements, learning from experienced consultants while contributing to real client impact.

Qualifications

• We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses, develop business cases, facilitate workshops, and help clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.
