Implement Consulting Group is seeking motivated graduates to join its Operations teams in August/September 2027 or early 2028. As a graduate, you’ll work across a broad spectrum of operational challenges including business transformation, process design, and supply chain strategy, helping clients turn complex problems into practical change.

You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants on client projects, engage in analyses and workshops, and participate in a structured training programme

Qualifications

• Pursuing (or holding) a relevant master's degree.
• Analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership from day one.
