Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is recruiting graduates to join our Operations teams from August/September 2027 or early 2028. You’ll work on transformation, strategy, process design, and digital enablement across client projects in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

You’ll develop analytical and consulting skills through hands-on work, workshops, and an ambitious internal training programme, supported by mentors as you grow into a trusted advisor for clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a relevant master's degree.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
