Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Process and Production Supporter in Måløv, Denmark, onsite, to help keep oral production moving. You will solve practical problems near the line, support deviations, and strengthen GMP processes with a pragmatic mindset and hands-on collaboration.

The role requires an engineering/scientific degree and GMP experience or motivation to pursue a career in production support. Fluency in Danish is preferred for effective shop-floor communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on GMP-regulated environment experience or motivation to build GMP production career.
• Understanding of documentation, deviation handling, quality requirements, and compliant ways of working.
• Ability to handle several tasks in parallel with overview, quality, and momentum.
• Proactive ownership, stakeholder outreach, and task follow-through.
• Ability to work on the shop floor with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Pragmatic quality mindset: know when deeper investigation is needed or a practical solution suffices.
• Fluency in Danish or ability to work in a Danish-speaking production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and ensure stable flow across oral manufacturing processes.
• Handle and support deviations, problem solving, and GMP documentation.
• Work with instructions, logbooks, local processes, and practical improvements for robustness.
• Take ownership of defined tasks and move them towards deadlines.
• Prioritize between ongoing tasks without compromising quality or compliance.
• Go close to production lines to understand issues and collect input for solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and other support functions to decide on the right path forward.
• Identify where processes can be simplified, clarified, or improved without expanding scope.
• Contribute to campaign preparation and process support as knowledge grows.
