Job summary

Cari is seeking a Process and Production Supporter for the Oral Pilot Plant in Måløv, Denmark, onsite. You will support daily production, handle deviations, and maintain GMP documentation close to production lines.

A proactive, hands-on mindset and Danish language capability are valued to collaborate across QA, Production, and support functions. The role offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and robust operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, or related field.
• GMP-regulated experience or strong motivation to work in GMP production support.
• Understanding of documentation, deviation handling, quality requirements, and compliant ways of working.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with quality and momentum.
• Proactive mindset with stakeholder engagement and task ownership.
• Fluency in Danish or ability to work in a Danish-speaking production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and help ensure stable flow across oral manufacturing processes.
• Handle and support deviations, problem solving, and GMP documentation.
• Work with instructions, logbooks, local processes, and practical improvements for robust daily operations.
• Take ownership of defined tasks and move them toward deadlines.
• Prioritise between several ongoing tasks while preserving quality and compliance.
• Go close to production lines to understand issues and collect input for practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and other support functions to align on the right way forward.
• Help identify opportunities to simplify, clarify, or improve processes without expanding workload.
