Job summary

Ambu, a leader in healthcare, seeks a Global Product Manager for its growing Urology portfolio. You will lead upstream pipeline development, define commercial direction, and ensure user and customer needs shape every development stage.

You will collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Sustainability to build strong value propositions and go-to-market strategies that translate innovation into impact.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial, product management, or clinical experience within MedTech or healthcare.
• Experience from Endoscopy is a prerequisite; additional Urology experience is a strong advantage.
• A track record of leading product innovation projects from concept to launch.
• Ability to balance customer insights, technical considerations, and business priorities in a global matrix organization.
• Master’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead in new product development projects and set strategic direction for your product area.
• Translate customer insights and unmet needs into actionable product and design requirements.
• Lead and facilitate advisory boards with key opinion leaders during development.
• Develop business cases and portfolio scenarios to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct early-phase market and customer investigations to identify opportunities and market potential.
• Define value propositions, product claims, and messaging frameworks for launches.
• Post-launch, optimize performance through customer feedback and lifecycle management.
