Job summary

Satair is seeking a Project Manager – Transformation Implementation & Coordination to drive a global enterprise-wide transformation for Airbus Material Services. You will partner with the Pillar Leader to define roadmaps, orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Finance, Compliance, and S&OP, and ensure a disciplined, fit-to-standard ERP approach.

Fluent English is required; French or German a plus. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, structured delivery, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in management consulting, strategic project management or internal corporate transformation.
• Experience in large B2B organizations, aerospace/aviation or distribution/logistics preferred.
• Proven track record in multi-stream transformation projects or ERP rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the pillar roadmap with the Pillar Leader.
• Coordinate delivery across Finance, Compliance and S&OP and ensure execution.
• Map interdependencies, surface risks and drive cross-stream alignment.
• Enforce Fit-to-Standard ERP principles across streams and projects.
• Prepare executive briefings and progress updates for governance forums.
• Lead or support key workstreams during critical phases or gaps.
