Job summary

Arla Foods in Copenhagen is seeking an International Field Sales Manager who will strengthen in-store execution across distributor markets and translate commercial priorities into practical field initiatives.

You will partner with distributor sales teams to improve availability, visibility and activation of Arla brands, while leading training and capability-building across markets and traveling roughly 25 days per year.

Qualifications

• FMCG field sales experience with distributor focus.
• Strong retail execution and sales fundamentals.
• Experience training and influencing dispersed field teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution across international distributor markets.
• Lead Perfect Store standards and execution excellence.
• Partner with distributors to raise sales performance and execution quality.
• Develop field sales tools, scorecards and training programs.
• Execute product launches and activation plans in the field.
• Travel approximately 25 days per year for market visits and training.
