• Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy, ensuring alignment across equipment domains.
• Field and prioritize program bugs, driving tools and processes to optimize execution.
• Develop and maintain training curricula and LMS modules.
• Coordinate regional trainers to deliver training sessions globally.
• Travel approximately 40% of the time to support fleet operations and multi-day training events.
