Finland: €78000 - €79500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Ireland: €94000 - €96000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Netherlands: €102000 - €104000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy, ensuring alignment across all equipment domains including electrical, mechanical, and controls.
• Field and prioritize program bugs, driving the development of tools and processes that optimize critical work execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula, including instructor‑led materials and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.
• Coordinate and manage regional trainers to deliver training sessions to the global fleet, ensuring consistent adoption of program standards.
• Travel approximately 40% of the time to support fleet operations, conduct site reviews, and facilitate multi‑day training events.
