Job summary

Dalux is looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead cross-border recruitment from our Copenhagen HQ. You will partner with local hiring managers to attract top talent for our international offices and ensure alignment with our culture and values.

You will conduct introduction interviews, build a continuous talent pipeline with a researcher, and communicate in English and Danish to support global growth.

As an International TA Specialist, you will play a central role in the recruitment of bright and dedicated colleagues to our international offices. From our HQ in Copenhagen, you will work in close cooperation with local hiring managers in new and well-established offices, ensuring that all future employees share our common culture and values.

Your tasks will especially include:
