Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn recruitment end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Write and post job ads on relevant platforms.
• Maintain recruitment documents and templates.
• Plan and coordinate interviews.
• Assist with CV screening and candidate communications.
• Contribute to projects that improve the recruitment process.
