Job summary

Novo seeks a senior leader to drive global Safety Operations and pharmacovigilance. You will shape the operating model, advance automation and AI, and ensure compliant, high-quality safety information handling across Denmark and India.

Qualifications

Senior pharmacovigilance leadership experience in global Safety Operations.
Proven track record in improving high-volume safety case processing and regulatory compliance.
Experience evolving operating models and leading large, multi-geography teams.

Responsibilities

Set and execute strategy for Safety Operations with focus on quality, compliance and performance.
Drive continuous improvement, modernisation of processes and operating models.
Advance automation, digital technologies, data and AI to improve efficiency and scalability.
Lead workforce planning, budget management across geographies and develop leadership capability.
