Job summary

Genmab in Copenhagen is seeking a Manager, Reverse Logistics to lead global reverse logistics and compliance across the US, EU and APAC. You will manage returns, recalls, destruction, traceability and coordination with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, Legal and Finance, while embedding GDP and SOX controls and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech logistics or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global reverse logistics processes across returns, recalls, destruction and documentation.
• Coordinate returns with 3PLs, distributors and regional teams with proper batch details and documentation.
• Lead recalls and withdrawals, tracking, reconciliation and mock recalls under governance.
• Coordinate product disposition, ensure inventory reconciliation and destructions are documented.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with IT/serialization on traceability.
