Job summary

Genmab A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Manager, Reverse Logistics & Compliance to develop and manage global reverse logistics across the distribution network. You will handle returns, recalls, destruction, traceability and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, Trade Compliance, Legal and Finance.

You will coordinate governance, risk assessments, audits and corrective actions while partnering with IT, serialization and regional teams to embed regulatory requirements into processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Typically five or more years of pharma logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with product returns, recalls, inventory reconciliation and destruction.
• Working knowledge of GDP/GxP, temperature-controlled distribution and traceability.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS, preferably SAP, and reporting tools.
• Experience in supplier oversight, deviations, audits and controlled documentation.
• Experience in pharma supply chain compliance including GxP/GDP, trade compliance and SOX controls.
• Ability to perform risk assessments, support audits and coordinate CAPAs across functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global reverse logistics processes including returns, recalls, destruction and disposition.
• Coordinate returns with 3PLs, distributors and regional teams with proper documentation.
• Lead recalls and market withdrawals including mock recalls and tracking.
• Ensure destruction and disposal are compliant and reconciled with records.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records across returns lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Finance, Trade and IT on credit, write-offs and traceability.
• Develop a global scorecard for returns metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish a global supply chain compliance framework across US, EU and APAC.
• Coordinate risk assessments, audits and CAPAs with Quality, Legal and Finance.
• Coordinate training on regulatory changes and internal controls.
