Job summary

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) seeks a Global QEHS Whey Business Partner to connect our global whey-quality organisation with local teams, sites and suppliers, focusing on the UK and Argentina. You will drive quality improvements and align local practices with AFI's global direction.

The role involves working with the whey team, establishing trusted relationships, and driving the whey quality strategy across AFI's sites in the UK, Denmark, and Argentina, with travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the food industry, preferably dairy.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality assurance.
• Experience in quality audits and supplier performance improvements.
• Project management skills with track record of delivering results.
• Knowledge of microbiology and its application to food safety.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and ensure robust whey quality standards.
• Develop and maintain whey specifications.
• Collaborate with UK/Argentina sites to address quality challenges.
• Escalate and manage incidents affecting whey quality.
• Promote whey quality culture across sites.
• Conduct audit activities for whey suppliers and align with AFI objectives.
• Define and drive the whey quality strategy for AFI.
