Job summary

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is seeking a Global QEHS Whey Business Partner to connect AFI's global whey quality organisation with local teams, sites and suppliers, focusing on the UK and Argentina.

You will establish robust quality standards, develop whey specifications, support audits, and drive quality strategy while promoting a whey quality culture across UK and Argentina. Travel approx. 40 days/year and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in the food industry, preferably dairy.
• Understanding of production processes and quality assurance.
• Experience in quality audits and supplier performance.
• Project management skills with delivering results.
• Knowledge of microbiology in food safety and quality.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish robust quality standards related to whey.
• Develop and maintain whey specifications.
• Support production sites in the UK and Argentina on quality challenges.
• Escalate and manage incidents affecting whey quality.
• Promote a strong whey quality culture across sites.
• Conduct and support supplier audits and align with AFI objectives.
• Define and drive the whey quality strategy for AFI.
