Job summary

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel in Esbjerg, Denmark, seeks a procurement professional to drive project procurement for international customer projects and support operations and service. The role is 80% operational with emphasis on delivering on schedules and budgets, and 20% focused on improvements and change management.

You will engage with Project Managers, Engineering and Production, negotiate supplier quotations, issue purchase orders and manage daily supply chain challenges using SAP and the MS

Qualifications

• Experience with project procurement for machinery manufacturing or process industries.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and varied tasks.
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of quotations, commercial terms, and supplier negotiations.
• Curiosity, persistence, and collaborative mindset.
• Proficient use of ERP and Excel to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute project procurement for international customer projects.
• Perform procurement activities for operations and service.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
• Ensure deliveries meet project schedules and budgets.
• Manage daily supply chain challenges with Project Managers, Engineering, and Production.
• Drive continuous improvement within the procurement function.
• Support standardization and optimization of processes.
