Job summary

Novo Holdings A/S is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Organisation team in Copenhagen. You will run end-to-end recruitment for our Danish and UK offices, partnering with hiring managers to shape role requirements and search strategy.

You will own candidate assessment, experience, and recruitment data across a fast-paced, international environment. You will contribute to building proactive talent pipelines, leverage digital tools to improve time-to-hire, and may expand

Qualifications

• We require a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in an in-house international HR function or executive search.
• Strong subject matter expertise in talent acquisition and knowledge of digital recruitment techniques and platforms.
• High level IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience from professional services, an investment organisation or a financial organisation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment for Danish and UK offices from definition to hire closure.
• Partner with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners on role requirements and search strategy.
• Identify and approach candidates through direct sourcing, networks, referrals and external channels.
• Advise on candidate assessment, market availability and recruitment best practices.
• Create compelling job adverts and candidate communications reflecting the role and culture.
• Design and improve candidate experience from initial contact to first day of employment.
• Own recruitment data, reporting, and interview framework used by hiring managers.
• Leverage digital tools to reduce time-to-hire and improve hiring quality.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and targeted campaigns for hard-to-find roles.
• Be our contact for executive search and keep the team updated on market trends.
