Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in financial controlling with payroll component.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate monthly payroll processes across multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll-related payments to the general ledger.
• Support month-end closing including accruals for salaries and bonuses.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal controls.
