Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a Head of Pay to own Pay end to end: terminal hardware, payment experience, onboarding, merchant app, settlement, and reporting across markets. You will defend the strategy and ensure simplicity for non-technical merchants, with a single roadmap for all countries.

You'll lead and grow the Pay product team, work hands-on on hard problems, and partner with Engineering, Design and Data in Copenhagen to ship on two-month cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own Pay end-to-end: terminal hardware, experience, onboarding, merchant app, settlement and reporting.
• Lead the Pay product team and set discovery, delivery and written thinking standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Data in Copenhagen to ship the roadmap in two-month cycles.
• Spend time with merchants, sales and support to feed real-world insights into the product roadmap.
• Own market readiness for new regions, including local payment behavior and regulatory considerations.
• Maintain a single, non-fragmented product experience across markets.
