Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Project Manager for Global Procurement in Denmark to lead packaging category initiatives, including PPWR compliance. You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver packaging projects on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes execution, structured project management, and strong stakeholder communication across local, regional, and global levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in strategic procurement within Packaging.
• Master's degree in Business, Packaging, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Biotech, Food, Life Science is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of varying sizes to deliver PPWR and other procurement initiatives.
• Develop structured project plans, track milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with category teams and stakeholders across regions.
• Provide updates and documentation for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements in tools and workflows.
