Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks an Associated P&O Business Partner to shape the people agenda for DPM Expansions. You will partner with senior leaders across Gentofte and Hillerød to translate priorities into practical people plans, from workforce planning to leadership and culture, enabling faster capacity delivery.

You’ll work with a global team to align talent, change management, and onboarding, driving data-driven decisions and cross-site collaboration for Novo’s future manufacturing capacity.

Qualifications

• A degree within HR, Psychology, or Business Management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Self-motivated with energy and ability to foster collaboration across levels.
• Ability to set direction and adapt in a dynamic environment with deadlines.
• Strong analytical approach to solving challenges and deriving insights from data.
• Excellent listening and proactive mindset to contribute as a team member.
• Project management experience and global work exposure are advantages.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise on organisational development, workforce planning and culture.
• Support leadership through change and site expansion as it scales.
• Lead talent, performance, succession and development discussions.
• Use people analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
