Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Automation Manager, Operational Technology - Moulding to own and advance the global automation platform used across LEGO moulding operations. You will manage software, robotics, network infrastructure and connected equipment, coordinating with OT, R&D, maintenance and production teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions throughout their lifecycle.

Based in a hybrid setting with travel and collaboration across Denmark, Hungary and the Czech Republic, you will shape

Qualifications

Delivered PLC design, programming, installation and troubleshooting in industrial automation environments.
Managed complex automation platforms involving PLCs and robotic applications.
Applied industrial network technologies including Ethernet/IP and OPC UA and ensured functional safety.

Responsibilities

Own production software and automation equipment on a global platform for moulding operations.
Collaborate across OT, R&D, maintenance and production to standardize and future-proof solutions.
Drive integration of new automation technologies and ensure secure, scalable platform capabilities.
Support cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality manufacturing and continuous improvement.
