Novonesis is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead global operations coordination and financial analytics for a major strategic partner. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and contract management while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and senior leadership.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication; Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Finance, or related commercial roles with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee all business operations related to the customer account and build relationships with procurement and logistics counterparts.
• Own and drive financial processes, forecasting, and demand planning; provide insights to senior leadership on account developments and market trends.
• Identify and propose solutions that optimize value across supply, operations, and product portfolio management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and PMT stakeholders to improve business performance.
• Follow up on payments, credit notes, and rebate administration; manage contracts, pricing structures, and product portfolios.
• Operate in a complex stakeholder environment with senior leaders and customer contacts.
