Job summary

Falck is seeking two Student Assistants to support the Global Assistance Network. You will manage cases, update data in ODIN, handle emails and distribute workloads among network managers in an international setting.

Ideal candidates are in the second year of university or higher, with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive, organised approach to daily tasks in a global healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage incoming cases and inquiries related to our global provider network.
• Take ownership of updating and maintaining provider and user data in our provider database ODIN.
• Handle a broad range of email correspondence concerning network operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and help distribute cases among the network managers.
• Build and maintain a strong, collaborative dialogue with key stakeholders at FGA offices and providers worldwide.
