Job summary

Global Wind Service seeks a meticulous Tax Assistant to support global mobility and cross-border employment tax compliance. You will handle administrative, coordination, and data-driven tasks to ensure accurate tax reporting for our international workforce.

Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and international offices to maintain precise tax records and shadow payroll activities.

Qualifications

• Structured administrative work and data-driven tasks in tax compliance.
• Interest in personal income tax and international employment topics.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and coordination of employee tax reporting and shadow payroll activities.
• Assist collection, validation and maintenance of compensation data for cross-border employment.
• Support administrative aspects of employment and wage tax processes.
• Assist employees with basic personal income tax questions related to GWS activities.
• Coordinate with payroll, finance and external providers to ensure timely data exchange.
• Monitor end-of-year tax settlements and distribution of tax certificates.
• Prepare documentation for tax reporting, audits and internal reviews.
