Job summary

Global Wind Service has a Tax Assistant role focused on supporting global mobility and tax compliance for its international workforce. The role emphasizes structured administrative work, data collection and stakeholder support across payroll and HR processes.

You will report to the Head of Global Mobility and collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and international offices. Flexibility to work remotely part of the time is provided in this role.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a structured working approach.
• Execution‑focused mindset with the ability to handle administrative and data‑driven tasks.
• Confidence working with MS Office, Power BI and spreadsheets.
• Some experience with tax, payroll, HR administration, or finance processes is an advantage.
• Interest in personal income tax and international employment topics.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of employee tax reporting and shadow payroll activities.
• Assist with collection, validation, and maintenance of compensation data for cross-border and multi-country employment.
• Support stakeholders with administrative aspects of employment and wage tax processes.
• Assist employees with basic personal income tax questions related to their GWS activities.
• Coordinate with payroll teams, finance, and external providers to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
• Monitor, document and report end of year tax settlement and distribution of tax certificates.
• Monitor tax obligations through data collection and tracking; support preparation of documentation for tax reporting, audits, and internal reviews.
• Maintain records, trackers, and supporting documentation related to personnel tax compliance.
• Assist with preparation of guidance materials and internal communications on personal income tax matters.
