Job summary

Arla Foods’ Global Mobility function is based at our headquarters in Denmark and consists of dedicated mobility specialists. The role focuses on managing international compliance within tax, social security and shadow payroll for cross-border assignments.

The Global Mobility & Payroll Specialist will work on a strategic transformation to ensure in-house expertise, supporting colleagues globally with mobility, payroll, and related benefits; this is an on-site role at the Aarhus headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility or Global Payroll.
• Minimum 4 years in Global Mobility or Global Payroll.
• Awareness of international taxation and social security (A1).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Professional stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with ability to translate complex data into insights; AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Global Mobility in Arla.
• Support implementation and integration of Global Payroll processes.
• Maintain and support end-to-end delivery of Global Payroll for assignments.
• Act as trusted advisor to payroll, HR BP, managers and stakeholders.
• Support relocations across multiple markets.
