Job summary

Ascendis Pharma seeks a Global Mobility professional to establish and manage our global mobility framework from its Hellerup headquarters. You will collaborate across HR and external immigration, tax and mobility providers to enable compliant, scalable cross-border assignments.

You will report to the Head of HR Rewards, Data & Systems and work from our Hellerup office, with ~10 travel days per year and close interaction with HR, Legal, Payroll and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in global mobility, immigration, international HR and employment tax.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, work authorization, and travel compliance.
• Experience coordinating with external mobility vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Ascendis' global mobility strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Establish governance and decision frameworks for international mobility.
• Balance employee experience, flexibility and compliance in mobility programs.
• Act as SME and primary contact for immigration requirements and travel compliance.
• Identify and manage risks related to immigration, employment law, cross-border taxation and social security.
• Build workflows for work permit apps, visa admin, traveler compliance and social security.
• Ensure timely renewals and ongoing permits/compliance.
