Job summary

DIGNITY seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for its international programmes. The maternity-cover role, based in Copenhagen, co-manages MEAL systems across projects, including clinical data, Outcome Harvesting, and learning outcomes.

You will guide partners on MEAL implementation, perform data analyses (qualitative and quantitative), and contribute evidence-informed inputs to program development.

Qualifications

• Academic background with strong data management and methodology focus.
• Experience with MEAL concepts and methods.
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data management and analysis.
• Understanding of project management processes and tools.
• Proficiency in KOBO Toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Annual Evaluations and Annual donor plans.
• Develop MEAL-related chapters in the project Manual.
• Strengthen the use of Outcome Harvesting cross-functionally.
• Improve data quality through systematic data collection and processing.
• Guide project managers and partners on MEAL and data management.
