Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Principal Master Data Specialist to shape enterprise master data strategy and acting as a trusted advisor to operational and executive teams. You will lead governance across global platforms, drive data quality improvements, and sponsor large-scale initiatives that unlock business value and compliance.

You’ll engage with Data Office, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to enable trusted, scalable, high-quality data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in master data management, data governance, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for master data management across the enterprise.
• Lead the development and implementation of global master data governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Oversee transformation initiatives to improve data quality, scalability, and business value.
• Drive adoption of modern master data management practices and technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration of master data across critical systems and platforms.
• Sponsoring and guiding large-scale strategic projects aligned with enterprise objectives.
