Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Senior Master Data Specialist to drive governance and transformation across master data initiatives. You will partner with business and IT to deliver scalable data standards and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership, mentoring colleagues, and enabling enterprise-wide data readiness in a hybrid setup in Lyngby, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Master data expertise with ability to lead complex initiatives.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/MDM systems such as SAP, SAP MDG or Salesforce.
• Strong governance, change management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization initiatives across master data tools and processes.
• Establish and strengthen master data governance standards and policies.
• Lead high-impact master data projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive change management and training to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Ensure readiness for system transformations and regulatory alignment.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to strategic direction.
