Job summary

Scantox is expanding its marketing capability to support growth across preclinical service areas. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support development and execution of marketing content, campaigns and sales-support materials across our business units.

Depending on the candidate, the role can be based in Manchester, Graz or Køge. This hands-on role requires someone who thrives on moving projects forward, working with content and delivering accurate, approved materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or content production.
• Strong organizational and deadline-tracking abilities.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
• Experience with templates, brochures, website updates and digital content.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and modern marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing content and campaign plans across channels.
• Receive, route, track briefs, deliverables, reviews and deadlines.
• Adapt and produce assets using approved messages and brand standards.
• Format, edit, proofread, and publish long-form content.
• Coordinate review workflows with experts and stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
