Novo Nordisk A/S in Bagsværd is seeking a Global Labour Law & Employee Relations Lawyer - Project Manager to join our team. You will drive international projects at the intersection of labour law, employee relations, data analytics and business goals.

You will collaborate with teams across the US and other regions, translate complex information into actionable insights, and influence decisions with clear presentations and stakeholder management. A master's degree in law is required.

Formación

• A master's degree in Law (cand.jur.), Business Law (cand.merc.jur.), or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data to identify trends for decision-making.
• Interest in employment law and Employee Relations and ability to translate information into recommendations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive selected projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Analyse US Employee Relations data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translating complex information into clear analyses, presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with Employee Relations colleagues in the US and other global stakeholders.
• Coordinating activities across countries and functions to ensure alignment and progress.
• Supporting the development of tools, processes, reporting and other Employee Relations initiatives.
