Qualifications

• A master's degree in Law (cand.jur.), Business Law (cand.merc.jur.), or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• An interest in employment law and Employee Relations, and how legal frameworks support business and people outcomes.
• The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations, presentations and actionable insights.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working across cultures, geographies and time zones, with the persistence to drive progress and collaboration.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Driving selected projects and workstreams from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Analysing US Employee Relations data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translating complex information into clear analyses, presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with Employee Relations colleagues in the US and other global stakeholders.
• Coordinating activities across countries and functions to ensure alignment and progress.
• Supporting the development of tools, processes, reporting and other Employee Relations initiatives.
