• Translate complex information into clear analyses, presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Employee Relations colleagues in the US and other global stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across countries and functions to ensure alignment and progress.
• Support the development of tools, processes, reporting and other Employee Relations initiatives.
